Designed to not be Burnt

At Rolling Hills, we view specialty coffee as more than just a label - it's a mark of exceptional quality. We subject our coffee to a rigorous quality test that evaluates bean defects and taste qualities, with a minimum score of 80.

By investing in highly graded specialty coffees, we are able to roast our coffee for a shorter duration, preserving the true flavors and unique characteristics of each coffee bean. This is essential in creating a coffee experience that requires less cream and sugar, as the inherent flavors of the coffee shine through.

We prioritize quality over profits, and our commitment to using specialty coffees enables us to deliver a superior product that delights our guests with its exceptional taste and aroma. Fresh Reimagined

When developing Rolling Hills' Farm to Cup Program, we took a holistic approach, carefully examining the entire life cycle of coffee, from growing to brewing. We identified the common pain points associated with freshness and sought ways to improve them.

One of our key innovations is avoiding blending our coffee. This allows our customers to experience the unique flavors of single-origin coffees while ensuring they enjoy the freshest coffee possible. In contrast, constant blending can lead to coffee sitting in a warehouse for months, becoming stale and losing its natural freshness.

Another critical aspect we addressed is coffee being pre-ground at a factory and then sitting in a bag for extended periods. To combat this, we provide portion control grinders to each of our clients, enabling them to grind coffee on-demand and serve it fresh to their customers. This ensures that the coffee retains its optimal taste and aroma, delivering a superior coffee experience.

By proactively addressing the pain points of freshness in coffee, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and most flavorful coffee possible through our Farm to Cup Program.
